About Us
Our Story
A Ragdoll or 2 For U is a small, home-based Ragdoll cattery in York County, Pennsylvania, run by Jamie and Mark Casey. What started with a love for the Ragdoll breed has grown into a passion for raising healthy, beautiful, and wonderfully tempered kittens for families just like ours.
Our cats live with us — not in cages, not in a separate facility, but right in our home. They sleep on the couch, greet us at the door, and supervise everything we do. When a litter arrives, the kittens are handled every day from birth, socialized with our household (including other pets), and raised underfoot so they’re confident, affectionate, and ready for their forever homes.
We believe in doing things the right way. All of our breeding cats are DNA tested, and health screened for HCM, PKD, and FeLV/FIV. We invest in regular veterinary care, and careful breeding decisions because the health and temperament of our kittens is everything.

Why Ragdolls?

The Ragdoll Who Started It All
It all started with Cleo. Jamie found her on Craigslist — a beautiful Ragdoll in need of a new home. We brought her in not knowing much about the breed, but it didn't take long for her to change that. Cleo had that effortless Ragdoll magic — the way she'd flop into your arms, follow you through the house, and make every room feel warmer just by being in it. She's the reason we fell in love with this breed, and even though she's no longer with us, she's the reason A Ragdoll or 2 For U exists. Every kitten we raise carries a little bit of what Cleo taught us about how special Ragdolls truly are.
