Every Kitten Comes With...

Vet Health Exam

All of our kittens receive their first veterinary health exam at Countryside Animal Clinic, including their first FVRCP vaccination, deworming and parasite treatment, and a full wellness checkup. A copy of the health certificate and vaccination records is provided at pickup.

Deworming/Parasite Prevention

Your kitten has been dewormed and treated for parasites by our veterinarian prior to going home. We'll provide the dates and details of all treatments so your vet can continue on the appropriate schedule.

2-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

Your kitten is guaranteed against inherited genetic disease or congenital defect for two years from date of birth. If a covered condition is diagnosed, we'll refund the purchase price or offer a replacement kitten of comparable quality. Full terms are in our Kitten Purchase Agreement.

FVRCP Vaccination

The FVRCP vaccine is a core combination shot for cats that protects against three highly contagious and potentially serious diseases: Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis (caused by feline herpesvirus-1), Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Panleukopenia (often called feline distemper). It is recommended for all cats, including those kept strictly indoors, as these viruses are widespread and can be brought into homes on clothing or shoes.

Kitten Starter Kit

A supply of the food your kitten is currently eating and enough litter to get you started, so their transition to your home is as smooth as possible.
